If you answered YES to any of these, then I can help!
I guide, teach and inspire my clients through my Living Life Complete Essentials for Midlife. These service options offer a holistic approach to help integrate the full self for optimal living, meaningful contribution and greater impact. Through our work together I will:
- Guide you to reassess what’s important and why, and to pause from all the output to get clear on what new energy you want to bring in.
- Teach you how to overcome unhealthy habitual cycles and help you renew your sense of confidence and self-assurance.
- Inspire you to recharge and reboot your life and to move forward with an integration of self, mind, body, spirit and an overall understanding and acceptance of the past, present and future.
"Midlife: when the universe grabs your shoulder and tells you 'I'm not f-ing around, use the gifts you were given.'"

Why do I do this?
I do this because I see so many women struggling at this time of life with the various transitions inherent in midlife.
They feel uncertain, impatient - like a midlife angst - questioning themselves and their roles. I see them struggle with their bodies and self-image - along with menopause and the health effects of accumulated stress. I see them grapple with the empty nest and letting go often in conjunction with the feelings of overwhelm around decluttering, reorganizing or downsizing their environments. I see them frustrated with communication and a sense of stagnation with their spouse and marriage. Often, they deal with aging parents and different levels of care taking.
Many of them feel incomplete and want more but can’t articulate it or see what’s next for them. Others have ideas but lack the confidence to move forward.
I know from firsthand experience what it’s like to face many if not most of these midlife issues. I’ve had issues around my body - both internally with injuries and chronic pain and externally with adapting to the outward effects of aging. I’ve seen the negative effects on my health dealing with financial strain and worry; I’ve had to work at reigniting and renewing my marriage and most importantly our way of communicating; and I’m in the space of dealing with the empty nest and feeling the grief and loss over letting go of that familiarity. I’ve cared for a mother with Alzheimer’s and witnessed her passing and the passing of my father.
I’ve experienced the questioning, the doubt, and the fear and uncertainty around my life in general. I know what it’s like to ‘apply’ and (have to) use the tools, practices and insights I’ve gleaned over the years through my professional coaching practice and industry involvement, through Conversational Intelligence (C-IQ) and the neurosciences, through my spiritual work with the Course in Miracles, and as a mentor with OnlineHumanities.com, with my years in the wellness and fitness industry, my philosophy degree and my diverse educational and experiential background.
I bring ALL of me to the table when I work with people in a very comprehensive, very present way. I do this because it utilizes all my strengths to deeply help others.
